Christopher Z. will hear a 22-year sentence against him on Friday for the murder of rapper Boechi. Z. is said to have shot dead Ruchendel ‘Boechi’ Windster in Willemstad. The Public Prosecution Service in Curaçao demanded 19 years in prison against alleged accomplice Churendi C..

Rapper Bouchi lived in Tilburg, but was shot dead in Curaçao on the night of December 9 last year. He was hit by several bullets and died on the spot.

The 24-year-old main suspect is a relative of Boechi. Z. is said to have been in a car with C. (44) that drove behind the rapper. When Boechi stopped at a mobile food stall, Z. allegedly got out. According to the Public Prosecution Service, he walked up to the rapper’s car and shot him dead.

Z. denied on Friday during the hearing of the case that he had anything to do with the murder. Co-suspect C. told a different story. He told the judge that Z. would have called someone after firing the shots. In the conversation he allegedly said that ‘the matter has been completed’.
