In China, there is an epidemic of mpox. The number of infections has increased almost five times in the last month. Almost 500 new cases were registered in July. A year after the virus appeared frequently in Western communities, the disease is now spreading in China. Health officials claim that the source of 80% of new infections cannot be traced. cases are concentrated in the southern Guangdong region and the capital Beijing.
