Raphael Leo high ambitions after renewing his contract at AC Milan. Leao thinks Milan is the right club to help him win the Champions League or Ballon d’or.
Leao recently extended his contract at Milan. The new contract binds Leao until 2028.
Before renewing his contract, the Portuguese player was reportedly in demand by a number of Europe’s top clubs. Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are even reportedly ready to pay Leao higher than Milan.
Leao is sure that he is not wrong in choosing to have a longer career with Milan. The 24-year-old striker believes the Rossoneri can help him achieve even greater heights.
“I stayed because they helped me achieve my goals, we won the Scudetto together and this club helped me develop as a player,” Leao told ESPN Deportes’ program.
“I feel more mature, I feel like a team leader.”
