Ciamis News (Harapanrakyat.com),- An MTs student in Ciamis Regency, West Java, is suspected of being pregnant after being raped by four youths in turns in Sindangkasih District, Ciamis.
Andi Suryadin, the victim’s attorney, confirmed that his party is currently handling a case of alleged rape of a 16-year-old girl who is still an Mts student.
“The condition of the victim is currently 13 weeks pregnant due to the actions of four young men who raped her,” said Andi, Friday (6/18/2021).
According to the victim’s parents, Andi said that in May 2021 he found out that a friend had picked up the victim whom he knew through social media. But at that time the victim did not come home. At that time, the victim’s parents did not suspect anything at all.
Her parents’ suspicions arose when the victim never had her period. At this time the victim’s mother asked her son. Then his mother bought a test pack and checked it. It turned out that the result of this student in Ciamis was positive for pregnancy.
“Her mother then asked the victim until she finally confessed. That’s what four young men did. According to the confession, the perpetrator force-fed the victim with alcohol,” he said.
The victim’s family has also reported the case to the Ciamis Police. According to information, the police have arrested a suspect.
“A perpetrator has been arrested, but we will coordinate with the Ciamis Police investigator team. Now that we have the power of attorney from the victim, tomorrow we will accompany the victim to the Resort Police,” he said.
Andi admitted that he needed to coordinate with the police. Because, according to him, there are things that are unusual with the procedural law in this case. The victim’s parents have reported it a month ago. However, the letter of fine for receiving the new report was signed.
Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation at the Ciamis Police, Iptu Afrizal Wahyudi Achmad, admitted that he had not received a report on the alleged rape case with the student victim in Ciamis who is now pregnant. “We haven’t received a report yet,” he said via WhatsApp message.
