BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV – The teacher at the Islamic boarding school who raped dozens of female students in Bandung is said to have intended to set up an orphanage for the babies born to the victims.
This statement was conveyed by DPR Member Dedi Mulyadi when revealing the evil intentions of the perpetrator named Herry Wirawan, quoted from Kompas.com, Sunday (12/12/2021).
In fact, Dedi considered that the perpetrator was really ‘sick’, one of which was because he hoped for help from various parties for the babies he had raped.
“The orphanage was established to accommodate babies resulting from sexual abuse and receive assistance from various parties. The perpetrators are really ‘sick’,” said Dedi Mulyadi.
In addition, Dedi also explained that Herry had evil intentions from the beginning to establish a religious education institution in the Cibiru area.
The perpetrator is said to have deliberately set up a boarding school with the aim of committing immoral acts to his female students.
In fact, these actions are not only carried out in Islamic boarding schools. But also in hotels and apartments rented by the perpetrators.
The cost of renting hotels and apartments is allegedly taken from financial assistance for Islamic boarding schools from the government.

Meanwhile, Dedi said that he knew the information about the modus operandi of the perpetrators from the testimonies of the victims who have now returned to their families.
