The third game on Saturday was also quite one-sided, especially in the first half. A pass from Rangers quarterback Benjamin Brewer to Ralph Thing gave his team the lead at newly promoted Styrian Bears. Nicholas Milgate provided two more touchdowns, too Gabriel Guschlbauer didn’t miss the target, kicked three extra points.
The Rangers therefore went with a comfortable 21:0-lead into the break and were no longer under pressure in the second half. The home side were able to score 13 points in the third quarter, but a safety and the third Milgate touchdown ensured that there was no more tension.
