“Range Rover Sport SV: The Most Dynamic and Technologically Advanced SUV”

The new Sport SV is supposed to be the most dynamic and technologically advanced Range Rover.

The Land Rover brand, i.e. its parent company Jaguar Land Rover, has recently made itself known mainly by its intention to make the Range Rover, Defender and Discovery model lines separate brands and by preparing for the electrification of its offer. However, she has now decided to draw attention to the novelty that she will present to us at the end of May.

The car company boasted the first example of the new Range Rover Sport SV model, which should become the successor of the Range Rover Sport SVR model. The premiere of the car, which the company describes as the most dynamic and technologically unadvanced Range Rover, will take place on May 31.

However, the new model, which got rid of the letter R in the name, will definitely not be impoverished. According to the automaker, it will offer several innovations that will be the first in the world, the first in its segment and the first Range Rover to use. It was these technologies that were supposed to help achieve the car’s full potential.

As can already be seen from the first information, it really should be an exclusive matter, which is also confirmed by the way of sale. The first pieces, which should form a special limited edition, will be offered by the automaker only to a selected number of customers. Only then will the car head to the free market.

The automaker will reveal information about the technology only with the premiere, i.e. at the end of next month, but it has been rumored for a long time that the heart of the car should be a 4.4-liter twin-turbo supercharged V8 engine with mild-hybrid technology, which will be supplied by BMW.

At the same time, the BMW X5 Competition model also uses the same engine, under the hood of which it is tuned to 460 kW (625 hp) and 750 Nm of torque. It will thus be a more than worthy successor to the 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine from the previous SVR model.

The flagship of the Range Rover model family should receive a number of design specialties, including modified bumpers, enlarged air intakes, etc. With higher performance, a more powerful brake system will probably come, and four tailpipes of the exhaust system should not be missing.
