The Guatemalan singer Selvin Gudiel Cojulum Leal, 22, known as “Rancherito Caliber 58”, was captured for physical violence against women, in Alta Verapaz. In addition, he is also accused of the crime of abuse against minors.
Through a video that went viral on social networks, it was revealed how Rancherito physically attacked a woman. He hit her on the head with a chair without caring that the woman had a baby in her arms.

The police report indicates the details of the capture of the Altaverapa singer, which took effect this Thursday.
“Selvin “N” 22 years old, known as “Rancherito Caliber 58” has been captured in a raid carried out in the Raxpec residential complex, San Pedro Carchá, Alta Verapaz. For being accused of violence against women and abuse against minors, order dated October 26 of this year,” the report indicates.

For its part, the Attorney General’s Office requested protection and restriction measures in favor of the singer’s two children and partner.

The artist was reported for physically and psychologically attacking his family, for which he was booked.
The facts were made evident by images circulating on social networks. The authorities added that they are providing psychotherapeutic treatment to the three victims.
