Ramzan Kadyrov Threatens Blood Revenge and Killing Relatives in Shocking Video

Kadyrov himself published a fragment of the video recording of this meeting on his “Telegram” channel. The description of the video states that Kadyrov “invites [spēka struktūru] employees to be vigilant and stop any wrongdoing”.

“Any attempt against human life will have consequences, including the relatives of the perpetrator. Loved ones need to know what their family members are doing and be ready to take responsibility for it,” the post said.

Meanwhile, the “Telegram” channel “1ADAT”, which is critical of the Chechen authorities, states that Kadyrov has expressed himself much more specifically.

For example, he indicated the possibility of killing relatives of people who committed murders.

“Even if we don’t find the criminal, we will definitely find his relatives. As accepted since ancient times, if the criminal cannot be found, then his brother, his father is punished. Blood revenge will be quick,” Kadyrov said.

Even if the family renounces the criminal, it will not free them from blood revenge.

This is not the first time that Kadyrov has spoken publicly about killing people. Last October, Kadyrov suggested that the security forces open fire on the protesters.
