Rams vs. Chargers will open preseason Aug. 14 at SoFi Stadium

Barring unforeseen changes, there will be an NFL preseason this year, and the Rams and Chargers will debut against each other on August 14 at SoFi Stadium in a 7 p.m. game. The Rams will be designated as the home team, even if the stadium is shared by franchises.

This will be the first NFL game with fans at the stadium. The pandemic forced the 2020 preseason to be canceled.
