“Linderman has been warned not to violate the Covid-19 containment measures due to the upcoming concert in the Tver area, which is planned despite the restrictions on holding mass events,” sources told Interfax.
Linderman is scheduled to give a concert in the Tver region on Sunday at the McLarin for the Motherland festival, organized by Maxim Larin, founder of the Afanasij holding and candidate for the regional parliamentary elections, from the Rodina party.
During the preparation of the festival, the businessman repeatedly complained about the pressure from the authorities.
Earlier, the group “Bi-2”, which was intended as the festival’s main artist, announced the cancellation of the concert “due to a warning from the local authorities not to hold the event”.
Linderman is scheduled to perform at the military-musical festival “Tower of Spaska” on Red Square in Moscow on September 4-5.
