Ingredients for making Ram Laddu
Moong dal- 1 cup
Gram dal- 1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander – 3-4 tbsp
finely chopped ginger- 1 inch
Finely chopped green chillies – 3
Oil for frying – as per requirement
Salt- as per taste
to garnish
Grated radish – 2-3
Coriander Chutney – 1-2 bowls
Easy way to make Ram Laddu
Making Ram Laddu is also very easy. To make Delhi’s famous street food Ram Laddu, first take moong dal and gram dal. After this, soak both these pulses overnight and throw away the water in the morning. Now put the lentils in a blender and grind them coarsely. Now take out the ground lentils in a vessel, add salt and mix well. Add red chilli, green chilli, coriander and asafoetida and mix well. Its texture will be like dahi vada.

After this, put the pan on the gas and add oil in it. When the oil becomes completely hot, take a little mixture of the prepared ingredients in your hand and give it a round shape. Similarly, make round pieces of all the ingredients little by little. Now put them in the pan of heated oil. Similarly, put the remaining Ram Laddus in the pan. After this, fry them on medium flame till they become crisp and golden brown. The remaining Ram Laddus will also be fried in the same manner. After this, take out the prepared Ram Laddus in a serving plate. Now you can add grated radish and coriander chutney on top and serve it to everyone.
