The future of electromobility arrives at the New York Auto Show with the Ram 1500 REV pickup: a beast of power with unlimited autonomy.
Ram made the trip to the New York Auto Show to display its all-new electric-powered pickup, the Ram 1500 REV. Competitor of the F-150 Lightning and Rivian R1T, it embeds a 168 kWh battery in its standard version.
For big riders, there is even a larger battery with a monster capacity of 229 kWh. Despite strong cavalry, this pick-up can boast of having a range of over 800 km (560 km with the standard 168 kWh battery). In short, you’ll never run out of power with this Ram 1500 REV unless you want to. And that’s not all, a version “with unprecedented autonomy” is already announced. This is the Ram 1500 REV XR whose autonomy could flirt with 1000 km.

According to its manufacturer, it can regain up to 175 km of autonomy in just 10 minutes by connecting it to an 800-volt direct current fast charging station offering a power of up to 350 kW.
The Ram 1500 REV does not pretend to behave like a sports car, but it is as if, with Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h announced in 4.4 seconds. Indeed, we must not forget that it still develops 654 hp for a torque of 840 Nm, not bad, isn’t it? It will be offered in five finishes: Tradesman, Big Horn/Lone Star, Laramie, Limited and the new creation Tungsten.
