Rajewski over Elizabeth II: she had many rights that she and her father did not exercise

“Queen Elizabeth II had many rights that she and her father did not use,” admitted political scientist Filips Rajewskis on TV24’s “Press Club” program.

It has already been announced that millions of people in Britain attended the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II yesterday, September 19, which was broadcast live in 125 cinemas across the country and broadcast on television.

All the lands of the United Kingdom mourned the queen. Brits gathered around television screens in their homes, pubs, community centers, Anglican cathedrals, big screen parks and other public places to follow the funeral.

The political scientist points out that she has worked hard to become a part of stardom and celebrity culture. Likewise, her children and her grandchildren are all part of the world’s celebrity culture.

“That’s why we all talk about him. It’s interesting. It’s pop culture. King! You read about kings in fairy tales, but there is a real queen here, “said the political scientist.

He admits, however, that the functions of the royal family are regulated: it is required by law that they cannot meddle too much in politics. Likewise, they also have the right to tradition when they know what they cannot do.

However, Rajevsky adds that the queen had many rights that she and her father did not use.

Elizabeth II died on 8 September at the age of 96 after 70 years on the throne.

More than 2,000 guests were invited to his funeral, including hundreds of foreign leaders, and thousands gathered in central London to witness the historic event.
