Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Rajawali Group coal issuer owned by conglomerate Peter Sondakh, PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk. (SMMT) announced that it will distribute additional cash dividends of IDR 198,450,000,000 to its shareholders.
Citing information disclosure from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), this decision was agreed at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on October 9 2023.
“The company’s shareholders have agreed to distribute additional cash dividends of IDR 198,450,000,000 or IDR 63 (sixty-three rupiah) per share to all company shareholders,” wrote management, Wednesday (11/10).

Previously, SMMT announced that it would distribute an interim dividend for the 2023 financial year of IDR 116.6 billion or IDR 37 per share. This was decided at a meeting of SMMT’s directors and board of commissioners on October 5 2023.
“Decided and approved the distribution of interim cash dividends for the 2023 financial year amounting to IDR 116.55 billion or IDR 37 per share to shareholders,” wrote management.

SMMT cum dividends in regular and negotiated markets: 17 October 2023
Ex dividend in regular and negotiated markets: 18 October 2023
Shareholders entitled to interim dividends: 19 October 2023
Cum dividend in the cash market: October 19, 2023
Ex interim dividend on the cash market: 20 October 2023.
The interim dividend payment date is October 24, 2023.
