Nearly 600 students attended the competition from five teams from universities in the North Central region, including: Hong Duc University; Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Hanoi Medical University (Thanh Hoa Campus); Thanh Hoa Business College and Vinh University. Here are five outstanding teams who took part in qualifying competitions at schools across the North Central region to compete in regional competitions.

According to statistics from the National Road Safety Committee, traffic accidents involving motorcycles and mopeds account for nearly 70% of the total number of accidents each year. Therefore the aim of the competition is to raise awareness among students about compliance with road traffic rules and safe motorcycling, thus helping to reduce accidents and reduce damage to people and property for students, students and the community.
Teams take part in a sketch competition
Through the competition, the assistant director hopes that each student will raise and improve their awareness of compliance with traffic rules, their cultural behavior when participating in traffic and their vehicle control skills. Motorcycles and motorbikes are safe and will be positive propagandists for friends, family and everyone in society.
Participating teams completed two competition sessions with sections on road traffic law theory, road safety skits and safe motorcycle riding practices. Students not only participate in competitions and competitions, but also learn and improve their knowledge about protecting the environment through the use of green and environmentally friendly materials . Representatives of the Vietnam Insurance Association also introduced regulations on compulsory liability insurance for motor vehicle owners when participating in road traffic.

To enhance the safety of students when involved in road traffic, Honda Vietnam Company also organized a free motorcycle oil change for Hong University students at this time.
The competition raised the awareness and skills of the students about road safety and used a safe motorcycle.

At the end of the competition, the organizing committee awarded the first prize to the University of Vinh; 1 Second Prize for Hong Duc University; Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism and third prize to Hanoi Medical University (Thanh Hoa Campus); Thanh Hoa Business College, along with awards for Best Skit and Best Motorcycle Participant.
