Due to the amount of rain that fell in the main city and its surroundings, it was decided that there will be no football this Saturday and Sunday in regards to the General Villegas League.
This surprising decision affects all types of League competitions, be it Lower, First, Third and Senior.
At first, it had been decided to simply suspend the date 22 (the last) of Inferiors, which was agreed for this Saturday.
However, the weather forecast threatens that rainfall will continue to fall in the next few hours, which forced them to make this determination and suspend all kinds of official competition. The date of First and Third is number 11 and that of Senior is day number 10.
The possible rescheduling dates have not yet been specified, much less. This weekend’s action in First and Third had the following commitments; FC Bunge – Atlético Ameghino, Atlético Charlone – Atlético Villegas, Sportivo – Cosmopolita, Eclipse – Ingeniero, Santa Rita – Deportivo Blaquier and Sarmiento – Cañada Seca.
