The weather in the north of the country will be marked by rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday during the day and evening, according to Météo-France forecasts. A new disturbance will reach Brittany and the Pays de Loire in the morning with light rain.
This wave will progress eastward and will extend to Normandy, Ile de France, the Centre, Burgundy, Hauts de France and the Grand-Est in the afternoon, evening and in the first part of the night. following with more intense showers and locally quite strong thunderstorms accompanied by gusts of wind while the regions further north from the tip of Brittany to the Belgian border will find calm weather with even clearings.
A sunny day in the southeast
From the South-West towards the Alps, clouds and clearings will share the sky with small passing showers. In the Pyrenees from the morning the clouds will dominate and will be accompanied by showers, sometimes stormy on the Pyrenees chain.

On PACA and Corsica, it is still a very sunny and hot day which is announced, with a wind which will weaken. In the early morning, it will be between 8 and 14 degrees on the northern half, 13 to 18 degrees in the south, up to 18 to 22 on the Mediterranean coast. The maximum will range between 19 and 24 degrees in a northwest quarter, 24 to 29 degrees in general elsewhere, up to 30 to 34 in the southeast.
