Inspired by the melodies included in Raimonds Pauls’ record “Call to Dance” in the eighties, the musical program of the show was created by musicologist Juris Vaivods in close cooperation with Maestro.

On stage: Raimonds Pauls, Latvian Radio Big Band, soloists Intars Busulis, Kristīne Prauliņa, Normunds Rutulis, Ieva Kerēvica, Žoržs Siksna, Aija Vītoliņa, Veronika Plotņikova, Dināra Rudāne, Daumants Kalniņš, Ance Krauze and others. Dancers of the dance school “Dzirnas” will dance.

According to LTV, the dance rhythms will move your legs and take over the whole body, but that’s not all! Maestro will not only take care of the rhythms, but will also notice everyone to challenge. This challenge of Raimonds Pauls will be accepted by the hosts of the show Sanda Dejus and Lauris Subatnieks, who will try to find out the answer to the question – what is happening in Latvia with humor?

Doctor Anatolijs Danilāns, volleyball player Tīna Graudiņa, actors Jānis Jarāns and Dainis Porgants, meteorologist Toms Bricis, LTV weather presenter, will join the talks about the joke. conductor Maris Sirmais and other publicly loved and respected guests.
