An 18-year-old man was arrested
Four packages, containing cocaine and an explosive device, were found and seized yesterday by the Police, in a house in Limassol. To facilitate the investigations, the 18-year-old tenant of the house was arrested.
The search at the 18-year-old boy’s house was carried out yesterday afternoon, by members of the National Police, following a court warrant. During the search, four nylon packages were found and seized, containing cocaine, with a total weight of 22.7 grams. A precision scale and an improvised explosive device were also found and seized.
The 18-year-old man was arrested for a crime he committed and has been remanded in custody to facilitate investigations.
YKAN (Limassol District Level) and TAE Limassol are investigating the matter.
