A member of the police force on the Greek island of Rhodes, throws a tantrum at his own boss. I was so annoyed that he crashed into the commander’s luxury car, a Mercedes SL.
Quoted from Carscoops, this incident was recorded by one of the residents who was at the scene. It was said that suddenly a Mitsubishi L200 pickup driven by a police officer came at high speed and immediately crashed into the police chief’s Mercedes Benz SL.
The action of the police officers did not stop there. The police officer then got out of the car and hit the windshield with a hammer. That made the condition of the Mercedes SL even more wrecked.
The officer became angry even more. He continued his action inside the Chief of Police’s room threatening in front of his comrades. Do not remain silent, members of the police on the spot tried to calm them down so that there would not be a bigger disturbance.
Finally the angry police officer was arrested. He is facing charges for damaging personal property, carrying out the assault and attempting to injure those around him.
It was later discovered that the angry police officer had committed a reckless action as a form of anger at the Police Chief for being asked to do another psychological examination. Not receiving it, he was angry and exuded emotion by destroying his boss’s car.
After the incident, it was clear that the windshield was badly damaged as a result of being hit by a hammer, then the right side to the back of the car was wrecked due to being hit by a pickup. A number of interiors on the inside were also destroyed due to the angry police officer.
For this incident, the police officers then apologized to all their colleagues, including the Police Chief, for causing a commotion. He also promised to replace all the damage which was estimated at hundreds of millions of rupiah.
The Mercedes-Benz SL itself is a luxury sports car with a starting price of USD 91 thousand or around IDR 1.3 billion. For the kitchen runway, this German car has two types, namely the SL 450 and SL 550. The SL 450 uses a V6 engine capable of producing 362 horsepower, while the SL 550 carries a V8 engine with 449 horsepower.
