She was present with her Caucasian husband Frederik Vollert. The presence of Ragil and Frederik to discuss their lives as same-sex or gay couples.
As is known, Ragil is a man from Indonesia who now lives in Germany and lives happily with Frederik.

“I’ve always said sexuality is liquid, there are things I can’t do,” said Ragil.
In Germany, Ragil also feels more free and comfortable showing his true identity.
“I am comfortable with myself, especially in Germany there is no such thing as a certain group, I can work and live like ordinary people,” said Ragil Mahardika.
Because of this, the decision to return to Indonesia is unlikely to happen.
In addition to getting a more comfortable life, Ragil is also thinking about his career life which doesn’t look like it will go well in Indonesia.
“If I can’t become a teacher here, does the social service really want to hire me? In Germany, if someone doesn’t agree that the teacher is gay, they are told to change schools,” said Ragil Mahardika.
