– We want to organize a great analysis of the needs of Polish women and Poles (…) I do not want to create a very extensive structure of the movement. We just have to meet at work – added the Mayor of Warsaw.

Trzaskowski also explained why he wants to create a trade union. – We want to create a trade union for all those who have sole proprietorships who are self-employed – he added.

“I have a feeling that we local government officials are not taken seriously by those in power”

Trzaskowski also referred to the problems of local government officials during the epidemic. – I have a feeling that we local government officials are not taken seriously by the rulers. The Prime Minister met us for the last time six months ago and only now – he pointed out.

“I will appeal to all Varsovians and Varsovians to spread the time of commuting to work”

He also referred to the restrictions imposed by the government in connection with the current epidemiological situation. These include restrictions on the number of public transport passengers in the red zone in which Warsaw is located.

– I will appeal to all Warsaw residents to spread the time of commuting to work for more hours, because it is difficult to imagine the possibility of enforcing these provisions. What are we supposed to do? Should we block metro stations or should we send special forces to let people onto buses or trams? – Trzaskowski asked.

– I can already see that the government will cynically attack us for not being able to implement these regulations – said Trzaskowski.
