Rafael Cabral returned to Brazilian football this season, after nine years in Europe, and did not spare praise for Cruzeiro’s gesture. For the goalkeeper, the organization of the celestial team and the European clubs are similar. The athlete also praised Ronaldo, majority partner of SAF da Raposa, in an interview with SportTVnot program “Well, Friends!”this Monday (23).
The Archer, which broke predecessor Fbio records recently, commented on the current Cruzeiro gesture. With experience in Italy, Napoli and Sampdoria, and in England, where he played for Reading, Rafael Cabral compared Cruzeiro’s organization with European teams.-
“I’ll be honest: I came back to Brazil and it feels like I’m in Europe, in terms of organization. Caio (Ribeiro) played there, you know what you’ll have an owner, you’ll have a president. Decisions are not made by policies . Decisions are studied, there is a group, there is a staff that does a job. Cruzeiro is full of great professionals”, said the goalkeeper.
To highlight the effort of some of these professionals, Rafael Cabral highlighted the work of the staff at certain times. The example given by the goalkeeper was in the preparation before a certain penalty shootout. Against Remo, in the third phase of the Copa do Brasil, the archer made four saves and was the protagonist of Raposa’s classification.
“For example, we saw the penalties I caught there and such, but there is a staff person who makes the video, who sends the video to us. So, the club is really organized”, praised Rafael Cabral.
Ronaldo’s presence
Rafael Cabral also completed his comment on the Cruzeiro management and spoke about the majority partner of SAF. The goalkeeper praised Ronaldo and revealed the impact of the former striker’s presence in the dressing room.
“In relation to Ronaldo, he is a real phenomenon. Not only as a player, as a person, he is an unbelievable guy. He is coming a lot, a lot, at least twice a month he has appeared in games. He enters the dressing room and everyone is silly. s selfie”, pointed out Rafael, smiling.
