“Novak Djokovic is the main favorite considering how many times he has lifted this trophy and how well he played last year,” said the two-time Australian Open champion.
“If I had to make a prediction, I would say that the next generation will win at least one Grand Slam from the Big 3 this year. I don’t think the old guard will monopolize the Grand Slams like they did in previous seasons.
However, I expect a veteran to win the men’s tournament at the Australian Open, ”added Courier. On the eve of the first slam of the season Novak Djokovic received wonderful praise from Sofia Kenin: “I respect him very much.
