Raphael Leo change number back in AC Milan. Next season, Leao will wear the number 10 jersey.
The number 10 shirt at Milan previously belonged to Brahim Diaz in the last two seasons. However, this number is now unsigned after Brahim Diaz confirmed his return to Real Madrid.
Rafael Leao becomes the new owner of Milan’s jersey number 10. The Portuguese player previously wore the jersey number 17.
It was reported that Leao had considered wearing the number 7 shirt. However, in the end he chose the number 10 jersey which has previously been worn by top players such as Rui Costa and Clarence Seedorf.
Milan uploaded the first sighting of Rafael Leao with the number 10 jersey on its social media. The name written above the jersey number has also changed to ‘Rafa Leao’.

Leao recently extended his contract at Milan. The 24-year-old player signed a new contract that binds him at San Siro until 2027.
Raphael Leo So far, he has made 163 appearances for AC Milan and scored 43 goals. He helped Milan win the Scudetto in 2021/2022.
