Rafael Alun Trisambodo has finished undergoing an examination related to his State Officials Wealth Report (LHKPN) worth IDR 56 billion which is considered odd. In total, 8.5 hours Rafael was examined by the KPK LHKPN Directorate team.
Rafael began to undergo examination at around 09.00 WIB. He then left the KPK building at around 17.40 WIB.
“I have already said that I am tired from this morning. Please, pity me, I am tired, I am tired,” said Rafael at the KPK building, Wednesday (1/3/2023).
Rafael was seen riding a white Toyota Innova. He did not explain in detail what the KPK was asking.
Clarification to Rafael Not Only Once
The Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) clarified the state administrator’s wealth report (LHKPN) of former Director General of Taxes, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, worth Rp. 56 billion, which was deemed not in accordance with his profile as an ASN. The KPK emphasized that it clarified not only once.
“I will confirm that this clarification process is not just once, not just once, because it will definitely be again,” said KPK Deputy for Prevention Pahala Nainggolan at his office, Wednesday (1/3).
He said clarification of the LHKPN would definitely be carried out if there were suspicious things in the assets reported by officials. For example, assets suddenly rise high or there is a lot of debt.
“That’s for sure we don’t receive the report right away, we’ll see again, he will go into examination,” he said.
Rafael came into the spotlight after his son, Mario Dandy Satriyo, became a suspect in the persecution of David Ozora (17). The victim of Mario Dandy’s abuse was the son of one of the GP Ansor center administrators.
As a result of the abuse that was carried out by Mario Dandy on Monday (20/2), David had to undergo intensive treatment at the South Jakarta Mayapada Hospital. David was in a coma, but his condition is getting better.
Rafael’s assets worth IDR 56 billion were then highlighted. Among other things is the absence of Rubicon cars and Harley motorbikes in Rafael’s LHKPN. Even though Mario Dandy often shows off Rubicon and Harley on his social media.
Rafael was later removed from his position at the Directorate General of Taxes. Rafael also submitted his resignation from ASN. His resignation has been rejected.
