Radolfzell (ots) – During a police check, a driver noticed on Thursday morning around 2 a.m. on Schützenstrasse. A 21-year-old Kia driver was noticed by behavior that was typical of drugs and alcohol. An alcohol test showed a value of over 0.8 per mille and a pre-drug test confirmed the suspicion of taking narcotics. A doctor took a blood sample from the driver who had to leave his car. Since the young man also does not have a driver’s license, he is reported to have been driving while drunk and driving without a license.
