Radja Nainggolan Joins Bhayangkara Presisi Indonesia: Latest Update and Recruitment News

Jakarta

Bhayangkara Presisi Indonesia brought in Radja Nainggolan. He became the 11th player recruited by The Guardian in a mission to escape relegation.

This recruitment was a surprise for Bhayangkara. Nainggolan’s name has previously been widely mentioned as joining recently.

Confirmed to the club, it turned out that this was not just a figment. Bhayangkara has indeed recruited the former AS Roma and Inter Milan to play the remainder of Liga 1 2023/24.

“Yes, that’s right,” said COO Bhayangkara Sumardji when confirmed by journalists regarding Nainggolan’s recruitment.

On social media, Nainggolan has also indicated that he will join Bhayangkara. The club’s official account on Instagram has been included in the list followed by the promotional ambassador for the 2023 U-17 World Cup.

Previously, Bhayangkara had recruited 10 players. They are George Blackwood, Marcelo Herrera, Zulfahmi Arifin, Osvaldo Haay, Putu Gede, Andik Rendika Rama, Arif Satria, Muhammad Al Amin Syukur, Junior Brandao, and Witan Sulaeman.

The 2017 League 1 champions carried out the disassembly to save themselves from the threat of relegation. Currently, Bhayangkara occupies the bottom position in the League 1 standings with just 10 points from 20 matches.

Nainggolan’s arrival created a surplus in Bhayangkara’s foreign player quota. Currently Bhayangkara’s foreign player quota has been filled by Herrera, Blackwood, Anderson Salles, Junior Brandao, Mati Mier, Zulfahmi Arifin.

It is reported that Blackwood, who was also newly recruited, will be dropped. Bhayangkara inevitably had to do this to provide one foreign player slot for Nainggolan.
