The conflict related to the Cinderella song between the band Radja and Rival Bayu alias Ipay has not ended yet. Friday (18/8/2023) afternoon, Ian Kasela and Radja Band personnel along with Sunan Kalijaga’s team of lawyers visited Polda Metro Jaya.
Their arrival was to provide information regarding the subpoena of Rp. 20 billion related to the Cinderella song. Also checking reports to the police on Anji’s Dunia Manji YouTube account.
“So our agenda today is to check our police report (it has arrived) where, after we on behalf of the Radja band yesterday reported a YouTube channel that we suspect, the source who was invited to YouTube is a person who does not have the capacity as a resource person, ” Rich Sunan Kalijaga at Polda Metro Jaya on Friday (18/8/2023).
The reported party will also be summoned next week. This report is proof that Radja did not accept the source in the podcast.
“And most likely next week the reported person will be summoned. So this is how we prove that the person in the resource person who was invited in the podcast does not have the legal capacity to speak as a resource person,” said Sunan.
Furthermore, Ian Kasela explained his report regarding Article 263 of the Criminal Code, identity forgery aimed at a person with the initials H. At the start of the problem, Ian said that the respondent denied and did not admit to having a meeting with Ian Kasela regarding the agreement.
“Why is it called identity forgery? So you see, there were three phases, first he spoke to me in denial. He did not admit that he had met me. This is the one who was reported, yes. Continued to be supported by his statement through his attorney, yes. He did not admit it either. at that time he had a press conference. Continued to add to the podcast what Uncle Sunan said that we suspected earlier. So these are three, these three phases he does not admit that he had a meeting with me. Therefore we report it. It means those who met me in 2010 I don’t know where the genie came from. Because he didn’t admit it,” explained Ian Kasela.
He also detailed the meeting. So he was surprised that the reporter did not acknowledge or deny the agreement related to the Cinderella song.
“So he said he tried to meet in 2009, tried to meet in 2011, tried to meet in 2013. Why was it not mentioned in 2010? That’s why. That’s why we are trying to take legal action that the person has denied this agreement, what does that mean? According to investigators, this is being investigated,” explained Ian Kasela.
Ian said the reported party would be summoned following the witnesses. He also mentioned that in the agreement there were state documents, namely identity cards such as KTP.
“Next week there is an agenda for the reported person to be summoned and questioned. Regarding identity, yes this is in the nature of a state ID card, meaning he does not admit, who was in this agreement?” closed Ian.
