Radio4All currently broadcasts mainly quiet music, but from Friday you can go there for so-called happy beats. The radio station, of which Giel Beelen is creative director, announced this on Tuesday.
According to the station, the “fresh sound” that can be heard from Friday will give listeners “a real summer feeling in the dark days before Christmas”. “These sounds, together with the latest radio experiments that are programmed, make Radio4All a platform that is increasingly taking shape and growing until the official introduction in early 2024.”
In addition, the station announces that it will now broadcast from all sixteen FM antennas installed throughout the country. “We are pleased that all channels are now active,” says Beelen. “This greatly increases our reach, especially because the last channel has been added on Lopik.”
Beelen’s new radio station has been live since the beginning of October. Then the creative director said that for the time being “a kind of elevator music, nice focus music” would be heard. In the first period, the station could only be listened to via DAB+.
Beelen himself has been heard in the past on 3FM, NPO Radio 2 and Radio Veronica, among others. On this new project he will continue to work more in the background as creative director. It is not yet known whether he will also be heard on the platform.
