Mattie Valk is single again after a relationship of four years. The radio DJ and his girlfriend Jamy have decided to split up.
The relationship has already been broken “a while ago”, Valk said on Monday Mattie & Marieke. The radio DJ says he and Jamy parted ways “in friendship”. The couple did not live together.
Valk and Jamy got to know each other through mutual friends. They had known each other for a while when Valk announced in 2019 that he was in love. “I’m off the map of being in love. I’ve never taken a pill, but I think it feels that way,” he said at the time.
Valk’s love life was in the news in 2016. He turned out not to be the father of the twins his then girlfriend Kirsten had just given birth to. That relationship ended up on the rocks as a result.
