Radio and television broadcasting services have been interrupted in the Rivne region, as the Russian airstrike hit the Rivne television tower.
The relevant statement was made by the Head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Koval, the Telegramreports an Ukrinform correspondent.
“When the television tower in the Rivne region was destroyed, radio and television broadcast services were interrupted,” Koval wrote.
Koval provided advice to neighbors on how to follow official news through alternative sources and assured them that regional authorities are doing their best to resume T2 and radio broadcast services as soon as possible.
A reminder that on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, launching airstrikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and towns.
