Radev has appointed three new advisers, including his godson

Rumen Radev and Iliana Yotova enter the presidency for the beginning of their second term. Through him, the head of state took an adviser from his deputy.

President Rumen Radev has had three new advisers since the end of last week, according to the institution’s website.

Former Red MP and spokesman for Stefan Yanev’s cabinets – Anton Kutev, will advise the head of state on parliamentary issues.

Kutev is one of the sharpest critics of the BSP leader Cornelia Ninova

After the parliamentary elections in November, when the BSP remained the fourth force, he demanded the resignation of the leader. This provoked a sharp reaction on her part against the caretaker government and Radev on the eve of the run-off in the presidential election. As a result, Kutev resigned, but it was not accepted and he remained in office until the end of the term of the Yanev 2 cabinet, albeit without making it public.

In February this year, Kutev left the BSP National Council after the plenum imposed a sentence and removed Kaloyan Pargov from the post of head of the party organization in Sofia.

Kutev was also a municipal councilor in Sofia.
