This year we celebrate our national holiday, when our country receives refugees. This was stated by the head of state Rumen Radev in his speech for the third of March.
In his opinion, the war is on our doorstep. The sons of two fraternal peoples are at war, the president said. This fratricidal war is especially painful today, Radev said. His call is not to allow fierceness to enter our hearts and not to enter our home.. Let’s open our arms to all those in need, the president urged. Let’s be human, he insisted.
Rumen Radev criticizes the ideas today not to celebrate our national holiday. Today, we pay tribute to the valiant wars of the Liberation Army, whether of Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Romanian or Finnish descent. They are all in the pantheon of our Bulgarian freedom.
