Rada agenda for September 22 – will consider amendments to the Civil Protection Code

Today the Verkhovna Rada is going to a regular meeting. Registration in the session hall will take place at 10:00, after which a number of bills will be considered.

At the beginning of the meeting, the people’s deputies will be given half an hour to announce their statements and proposals.

Then it is planned to consider a draft resolution on urgent measures to ensure the implementation of citizens’ right to housing.

In addition, a number of bills will be considered:

  • 5397 – on amendments to the law of Ukraine “On privatization of state and communal property” regarding clarification of some provisions and assistance in attracting investments in the process of privatization “ (first reading)
  • 4517 – On amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding the regulation of the procedure for drawing up customs declarations for goods falling under various commodity subheadings according to UKTVED, in accordance with the EU Customs Code (first reading)
  • 5232 – on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the State Border Service of Ukraine” regarding the improvement of the procedure for the use and application of coercive measures, military equipment and weapons by the personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine (first reading)
  • 3950 – on amendments to article 121 of the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine (first reading)
  • 4286 – on amendments to the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine regarding the settlement of the issue of payment of one-time financial assistance in the event of death (death), disability or partial loss of ability to work without establishing disability of persons of ordinary and commanding staff of the civil protection service (first reading)
  • 3751 – on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Disciplinary Charter of the Civil Protection Service” (first reading)
  • 4564 – on amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the introduction of information about the registered place of residence of citizens of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territories in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, as well as the execution of documents that certify the identity and confirm the citizenship of Ukraine (second reading)
  • 4487 – on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons” (first reading)
