Earlier we wrote about a ferocious Rachel Hazes who had brought her ex-best friend Marieke van Beek to court. The statement did not bode well for Rachel. For example, according to the judge, Rachel is not entitled to the money she demands from Marieke.

‘Ze lie’
“Marieke is just a bit of a joker,” Rachel Hazes explains to weekly magazine Story. “I am very angry with the other party because they are lying. I can not stand that. Straight is straight, crooked is crooked. ”
Arguing about money
Rachel filed summary proceedings against her best friend, because Marieke is said to have owed arrears to Rachel. The payments consist of rent that Marieke had to pay to Rachel. Rachel bought a house in Vinkeveen for € 260,000, and then rented it out to Marieke for € 1,450 per month. However, Marieke indicates that the agreed rent would be € 800 per month. Also, Marieke would not have paid rent for a year, which would be settled with € 9000 that Rachel had once borrowed from Marieke when she was in financial difficulties.
Appeal
Rachel’s lawyer informs Shownieuws that he will probably appeal or start legal proceedings. For example, lawyer Slagter explains: ,, An interim injunction is a quick, but at the same time rather fleeting judicial procedure. This entails limitations, especially in cases where there is a complicated history. The preliminary relief judge considered this summary proceedings too complicated to give an opinion on the alleged payment arrears. Rachel Hazes will appeal or initiate a substantive proceeding, at least to obtain a clear ruling on this point. ”
