Rachel Deekman succeeds Humphrey Naarden as police spokesman. As of today, Chief Inspector of Police Naarden is no longer head of the Public Relations Department of the Police Corps of Suriname.
On Monday, November 2, he will hand over responsibility for this department to Deekman.
Deekman is a first-class police inspector.
