Herford. The proceedings against the so-called Herford drug racer and his alleged opponents are expected to be heard in the Herford district court on March 11th this year. The 29-year-old Mercedes driver, who does not have a driver’s license, is said to have delivered a race with the BMW driver in the middle of downtown Herford at the beginning of June 2020. The public prosecutor’s office has therefore charged the 29-year-old and the BMW driver with participating in an illegal race. This is a relatively new offense in German criminal law …
