What does B-stock mean?
B-goods are items returned by customers, which we offer you after checking them at particularly low prices. They may have slight defects, which of course were taken into account when the purchase price was formed.
What shortcomings should I expect?
B-goods can in particular show slight signs of wear, missing set components or damaged or different packaging. Product labels can be missing or damaged. The specific defects vary from person to person.

Can I return B-goods?
Of course, you can also return B-goods to QVC by making use of your statutory right of cancellation and revoking your contractual declaration within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You can also find further information in our General Terms and Conditions.
What about the statutory warranty right?
The statutory warranty rights also apply to B-goods.
Do I get a manufacturer’s guarantee for B-Ware?
If there is a manufacturer’s guarantee for an item, this is no longer applicable to B-goods.
