By winning the Prix de Provence this Sunday at Saint-Cloud, ANECDOTIC (photo) allowed the jockey Jérémie Monteiro to win the first Quinté + of its career.
At the big outsider rating of 28/1, ANECDOTIC, who had galloped to the front rows from the start, came frankly to take advantage at 250 meters from the post in this Provence Prize. Then, the boarder of Nicolas Caullery supported his effort very well to the end and surely imposed himself. Second place was taken by YES HE CAN, author of a great end of race after having waited in the heart of the peloton. Long pointed at the penultimate position, KNOW HOW TO LOVE regained a lot of ground throughout the finish line and managed to snatch third place. This is obviously one of the good marks of this race. ROYALIST and GOLD GRAY we fought well and ranked fourth and fifth respectively.
