There is a recipe for making a nutritious breakfast with oatmeal without cooking, the TV program writes.
Take 50 grams of oatmeal, half a banana, 30 grams of any berries, 200 ml of natural yogurt and a couple of teaspoons of honey. You need to pour oatmeal into a jar, put a chopped banana, berries and honey on top. Top this mixture with yogurt.
