Parking spaces are a rare commodity throughout the city. A wooden construction that has been blocking off two parking spaces below the Löwenbrücke (Steinbachtal side) for several months now seems all the stranger: wooden beams are attached to two parking spaces from three sides, similar to a railing. This also surprised readers Gerhard Zuck from the Heuchelhof district. The editors have now asked the city. Georg Wagenbrenner, spokesman for the city of Würzburg, explains that “parking in this spot can damage the paint on car roofs”.
