Queen surprises with rose in honor of Prince Philip’s 100th birthday | Royals

Upon receiving the rose, the 95-year-old British monarch appeared outside the palace in a white vest and sunglasses. Elizabeth called the memorial flower “beautiful” and the gift from the association “very nice.”

entertainment">The Duke of Edinburgh rose has been on sale since Thursday. For every rose sold, a donation is made to the Duke of Edinburgh Award. This is a youth awards program from Prince Philip from 1956, for young people who have committed themselves in a special way to, among other things, their neighborhood or their work.
