The return of a princess. Malayalam cinema’s ‘Queen’ Meera Jasmine has made a strong comeback to Malayalam. M. Padmakumar’s ‘Queen Elizabeth’ is a film that proves that Meera Jasmine still has a lot to do in cinema. Queen Elizabeth also has the distinction of reuniting the hit couple Naren and Meera Jasmine after fifteen years. Queen Elizabeth is a feel good movie full of beautiful frames and touching moments.

Elizabeth is a woman who lives a selfish life within her own wall without interfering in the lives of others. With no attachment to family or friends, she is the owner of immense wealth having built a very successful business empire at a young age. Elizabeth, who does not show affection or affection to anyone, will quickly explode if she sees something that she does not like. Therefore, in the flat she lives in and in her own company, Elizabeth has a nickname, Devil Elizabeth. But she is queen to only one.

Alex, who runs a shop next door to her company, calls her ‘Queen Elizabeth’, imagining her as a queen. Elizabeth, on the other hand, can’t see Alex. But Elizabeth, who treats everyone like the devil, turns into an angel one morning. Her father, mother, housekeeper, neighbors in the flat, company employees and Alex all look for the reason for her change in attitude. And then Alex becomes her best friend, but things await him that Alex didn’t expect.

The highlight of the film is the powerful performance of the actors. Meera Jasmin’s magnificent performance propels the film forward. Queen Elizabeth proves that Meera’s easy-going acting style has not lost its charm after all these years. Naren Meera is accompanied by a strong performance with an effortless acting style. Naren is in a very different role from what he has seen so far in this film. The combo of both makes the film beautiful. Neena Kurup, VKP, Ramesh Pisharati, Jude Antony, Shruti Rajinikanth, Manju Patros, Mallika Sukumaran, Krishna Prabha, Vineeth Viswam and others along with Shweta Menon will appear in the film as a guest star.

Jithu Damodaran’s cinematography, which brilliantly captures the hustle and bustle of Kochi and the beauty of the high range, adds to the beauty of the film. Queen Elizabeth is rich in beautiful frames. Ranjin Raj’s tunes make the film musical. The film is rich with many beautiful songs and background music. The song ‘Aa Padam Pookum Ekantha’ is sung by music director Hisham Abdul Wahab.
