Praised the Queen’s humour
She also recalled social gatherings where girls were brought to Buckingham Palace to be with the Queen.
– It was a nice mix, which was nice. Some friends, family and people connected to the news picture surrounding the royals, such as their children, said Lady Myra.
The deceased was a cousin of the Queen’s husband, the late Prince Philip. In the interview, she emphasized the queen’s sense of humor.
– A very good sense of humor that she has had all her life.
In recent years, Queen Elizabeth — naturally considering her age — has lost a number of friends. The oldest of them lived to be 101 years old.
Record-breaking speed
Earlier this year, the queen became hailed for his record-long time on the throne. Seven decades is the longest a British monarch has ever served. Great Britain celebrated the jubilee four-day folk festival.
Throughout the 70 years, considerable changes have taken place in the world around the Queen. When the space age began and the space satellite Sputnik was launched in 1957, she was already a monarch.
Over the years, Queen Elizabeth has, among other things, made 21,000 royal visits and sent over 300,000 congratulatory greetings to 100-year-olds, according to The Guardian.
