LONDON, iNews.id – The document containing the funeral plans of the Royal Head of State English, Ratu Elizabeth II, leaked to the public. The document reveals a grand plan of action to be carried out in the hours and days after the queen’s death.
According to the document, once Queen Elizabeth II dies, all government institutions are instructed to fly flags at half-mast within 10 minutes of the announcement. Cabinet members (prime minister and ministers) will be summoned to the palace.
Furthermore, Prince Charles—who will be made king of England after his mother’s death—will address his nation on the day of the queen’s death. The British prime minister will be the first government official to make a public statement that day.
Still according to the document, Queen Elizabeth II is estimated to have been buried only 10 days after her death. King Charles will then embark on a tour of England before his mother’s funeral.
The queen’s coffin will lie there for three days in the Building British Parliament. “Authorities will anticipate hundreds of thousands of people descending on London – fueling fears of traffic jams, deployment of police officers and even food shortages,” the document said. Not only that, all parliamentary affairs will also be suspended for 10 days.
