According to British media, she would skip the garden parties because she is no longer able to stand for long periods. Elizabeth also canceled other activities earlier. The punk rock band Sex Pistols will re-release the song ‘God Save The Queen’, which caused a lot of commotion in 1977, on May 27. “One of the most sought-after vinyl records in history is back on the shelves,” the band said on Twitter. Only a limited number of copies will be available.

In the song, the Sex Pistols compare the UK to a “fascist regime” and call the queen “no human”. Radio and television stations tape the song. Despite this, ‘God Save The Queen’ reached number two in the UK charts.
