According to The Telegraph This was decided after the Queen had to cancel a visit to Northern Ireland at the last minute last week, because her doctors had told her to rest. It was later revealed that the British queen had been in hospital for a day.

From now on, the 95-year-old Queen will reportedly only go on the road with one of her children or grandchildren. This is to prevent an appointment being canceled at the last minute if the very elderly Elizabeth is unable to go.
