A special number one in the British album chart: rock group Queen is back at the top of the charts for the first time in 25 years. The concert album Live Around The World did better than Bon Jovi, among others.

It is Queen’s tenth number one in the UK and the first since American singer Adam Lambert joined the group in 2011. He replaces Freddie Mercury who died in 1991 of AIDS. The songs have been shot over the past seven years on tours in the US, UK, Japan, Portugal and Australia. The famous Queen hits from the Mercury period are on it, but then sung live by Lambert. “Number one, my favorite song”, drummer Roger Taylor (71) said via Twitter. “I’m impressed, still.” Over the past ten years, Queen and Lambert have built up a solid live reputation.
